Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup or in your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infectic Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable European law.
